Review Dates & Deadlines
Grant applications are reviewed one or more times a year dependent on available funding. Please refer to this page for updated application review dates and deadlines.

Complete applications shall be received by the Gila River Office of Special Funding from eligible Cities, Towns and Counties only. Complete applications shall consist of a coversheet, written proposal, city / town council or county board of supervisor's resolution and a budget. Optional supporting documents can be attached as necessary. The application coversheet and format can be downloaded from the Grant Application link below. Incomplete applications will be held and the applicant will be contacted for the necessary missing elements.
